The quickest route is the message thread inside the app: tap the envelope icon at the top of any screen. Messages go directly to the developer.

Keep my Record (Sign in with Apple, in Settings) brings your Record to a new phone by itself. By hand: before deleting the app from the old phone, open Settings → Move it and copy your Record’s code; on the new phone choose I already have a Record and paste it.
Installing the App Store version over the TestFlight version keeps your Record in place. No code is needed.
